We maintain competitive procurement wherever practical and evaluate more than price: technical compliance, relevant qualifications, experience, workforce availability, local service capability, schedule, warranty and overall project risk. Recommendations are documented.
Keep implementation accountable
We coordinate integrators and stakeholders, track milestones and costs, manage changes, audit delivery and review quality against the agreed requirements. Physical installation and regulated trade work are performed by appropriately qualified and licensed independent integrators.
Verify completion before closing out
We coordinate verification of configuration, functional testing, deficiencies, as-built documentation, training, warranties and acceptance requirements. Outstanding items stay visible through closeout.
A clear handover
The agreed project records and commercial documentation give your team a usable basis for operation and support. We can hand the project over or continue with service and lifecycle management. Where appropriate, FRTFY can provide a single customer-facing contract and engage qualified independent installation integrators. Contracting responsibilities are defined for each project.
